Sorry i'm not sure what you mean.
Do you mean that you want to mark this topic as solved?

I tried that but it didn't work either, and told me administrator has to do it.

Ok, this is just a theory ..... is this account the only one on the system? and are you trying to remove them when logged in to an Administrator account?
If not.... was these programs installed by another user account?
That may explain a lot.
