Sorry for the slow reply - I have been on holiday.
Welcome to 5 Star
Saving Word documents should be straight forward.
When you want to Save it - and you can do this at any time -
File [ top left corner ]> click on "Save As"
You can then decide which location from here.
Give the document a name and click OK.
If you add to the document at any time File > Save ......this will save it to the original location and keep the original file name.
