I keep getting this error notice on my computer.
It also stops me from being able to download programs, updates etc.
Can anyone tell me what to do about it?
The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.

Hi and welcome to 5 Star
Take a look here:http://www.solvusoft.com/en/files/missing-...crt-l1-1-0-dll/
I know it says "Win 8" but re-registering the specific dll is the same. [ repair opton1 ]
Try this first.
An elevated command prompt is one where you run as Administrator.
However XP does not have a specific method of running a command prompt as Admin.
If you login as an Administrator then all command prompt actions are "elevated" so you do not have to worry about this sentence in the instructions.
If you are browsing the forums and you are not a member - why not register ?
( It is totally free :) )
